WingTot is a baby-care record service from AKH SOFTWARE, LLC. It is currently being prepared for a private preview. This page describes the present app; it will be updated before public enrollment opens.

What the app stores

WingTot stores caregiver names and email addresses, password hashes, household memberships, baby profiles, and the care observations you enter. Observations can include feeding, diapers, sleep, growth measurements, notes, original units, occurrence times and correction history. These records may contain sensitive information about your child.

How it is used and shared

These details support signing in, sharing a timeline with the caregivers in your household, saving and correcting observations, and exporting your records. Household permissions control access. The current app has no advertising or advertising-tracking SDK. Cloudflare provides the public site, secure connection and encrypted backup storage. MXroute delivers account-recovery email; service providers process the information needed to operate those services.

On your device

The iPhone app can keep protected local copies and entries waiting to sync. Pending entries remain pending until the server confirms them. Signing out prevents access through the signed-in account; do not assume that signing out deletes the household’s records or all pending local entries.

Your choices

Caregivers can export records, and household owners can manage access. Delete your account in the iPhone app under Our nest → Delete my account, or on the account page. You must sign in, review the effect on each nest, and confirm with your current password. Deletion removes your account, sessions, assistant access and every entry you recorded, including in shared nests and nests you have left. Corrections to your entries are removed; your corrections to other caregivers’ remaining entries retain their history under “Deleted caregiver”. A nest with no remaining member is deleted entirely. A shared nest’s last owner must transfer ownership to an existing member or explicitly delete that nest for everyone. Other caregivers’ accounts are not deleted.

The app removes this account’s cached records and pending entries on the iPhone that performs deletion. It keeps only a device-local deletion receipt (server/account identifiers) to prevent deleted records being restored offline. Exported copies and copies on other offline devices cannot be remotely erased. Encrypted backups retain seven daily recovery points, normally replacing deleted data within about seven days. Backup failures can extend that interval; backup and restore freshness are monitored. Before restoring an old backup, operators must apply intervening deletions before reopening access.
